I just spoke with the assistant that is heading up the commentary period for the Title 800 Rule Change Proposals. The commentary BEGINS on Dec. 1st, any commentary received before Dec. 1 will not be counted. Commentary may be sent via email or written letter. Written letter is preferred. The address for emails and the address for written letter will be available on our website after Dec. 1. There will be a public hearing at our Department headquarters on Jan. 4, 2018 at 7 p.m. which will also be listed on our website after Dec. 1. Commentary period will be closed on January 5th.
Please pass this along to your members and I will let you know how we are looking and if we might need some representation at the meeting.

800:25-7-61. Bag limits (refers to lifting daily and season limit on raccoon)
800:25-7-115. Kaw WMA (refers to allowing footholds on parts of Kaw)
