We have set the 2012 Youth Camp for Dec. 27th thru 30th. Glenda Walls and family have been gracious in again allowing us to use their land in the Chickasha, OK area. This will be limited to the first 35 youths. Age limit is 12 – 18, or under 12 with an accompanying adult. If you are interested contact John Weygandt at j.weygandt@maccor.com or at 918-645-5667. We will have the 2012 Fall meeting on Oct. 13th in Okemah. The 2013 Spring meeting has been set for Apr. 20th in Okemah. A list of activities and demo’s will be posted at a later date.
Minutes for April 21, 2012 Spring Meeting Meeting Called to Order by Gene Callaway @ 10:20am Started off the meeting with a reading of the suggested Bylaw changes. #1) Suggested change to Article V Sec.1. Change from meeting set at the preceding meeting to a meeting within the previous 13 months. Unanimous vote in favor. Passed. #2) Suggested change to Article VII Sec.5 subsec.3. Change from mandatory audit after an election of a new treasurer to an informal audit unless there is a motion and vote of the membership or Board to have a formal audit with a CPA. This change requested due to the $2000 price tag of a formal audit. Unanimous vote in favor. Passed. Old Business – , No old business.
